How to locate the serial number?

You can locate the serial number either on the box OR on the product itself (they are the same numbers). It may be laser printed or label stickered. IF serial numbers are 2 groups of numbers/letters, both of these 2 groups of numbers/letters are required to be provided to us in case of RMA.
